This document outlines FRIULSIDER’s Code of Ethics, Organizational and Management Model, rev. 1/2017, approved and adopted by the Board of Directors with resolution of 24/07/2017.
The Code of Ethics applied by Friulsider states the responsibilities and ethical and social obligations that must inspire the conduct and behavior of those who act in the interest of Friulsider, both within and outside the Company's organization.
In addition to its Code of Ethics, Friulsider has enforced an applied a Model of organization, management and control, in compliance with the provisions of Leg. Decree 231/2001 and has likewise appointed a Supervisory Board.
